Many a times, we don’t seem to see the importance of our contribution to the artwork. But as the final artwork is presented right before you, we will then realise how our contribution is indeed meaningful to bring the final artwork to life. At the same time, the teamwork you have just experienced through the team building workshop is like no other.
Art team building workshops enables your team to immerse into the realm of art, as they use art as a tool to express their hidden rapport while using art as medium to express the organisational values.
Regardless of whether you have had any prior art background, you can make use of the team building workshops to express your creativity while relieving your pent-up stress. Use the different colours and form to express yourself, and work on the artwork with your team to create an artwork that best represents your corporate values.
Finally, put together all the individual final artworks, and display it in your corporate’s atrium or lobby to proudly present to the world your corporate’s values!
As an employee, we often put our focus into putting our best in all that we do without realising the larger organisational purpose. Likewise, the same happens when one is overly focused on their segment on the entire canvas while participating in a team building workshop without noticing what the final artwork presentation will turn out to be like. But as of the final artwork come together, you will soon notice that you have always been a part of the plan – and an important one, indeed.
Team building workshop:
1. No man is an island.
2. Do the best you can to bring out the best of your team.
3. A corporate’s vision is one that should not be only simply verbalised, but also experienced personally for it to be materialised.

1.你不是单独的个体,更是整体的一部分;
2.干好自己的那一份,让个整体更出色;

In the Batik Introduction Handkerchief Painting workshop, participants will learn the traditional art of batik, a wax-resist dyeing technique originating from Indonesia. The workshop begins with a brief history and overview of batik, highlighting its cultural significance and various techniques. Participants will then observe a demonstration of applying wax with tjanting tools and dyeing the fabric. Following the demonstration, each participant will design and create their own batik handkerchief, applying wax to create patterns and then dyeing their fabric. The workshop concludes with a group discussion, allowing participants to share their creations and reflect on their learning experience.
