This program is for therapists, coaches, and, those who want to learn about the somatic methods to help their clients fine tune their body awareness and intelligence.
We get to learn how our patterns of character structure are based in temperament and neurobiology, the somatic profiles for each of the 9 Enneagram types and how our enthusiasm, care, distress, and boundaries are communicated to others through our body language, breathing pattern, and emotional tone.
We will also learn how to help our clients to increase their body awareness and guide them through breath practice in the moment to shift their internal state, reduce stress and reactivity
while we self regulate and maintain a grounded presence.
This workshop is for everyone who wants to bring out their
best selves in their relationships and learn specific ways to create successful relationships.
We will explore how to respond to the underlying concerns and issues of each Enneagram type, how to navigate the 9 communication styles and share relationship tips for all the 9 types.
We will also practice the best ways to give feedback, engage in communication roleplays, experience movement exercises to explore reaching out, withdrawing, and setting boundaries and introduce ways to increase our awareness of how we project onto other people.

In the Batik Introduction Handkerchief Painting workshop, participants will learn the traditional art of batik, a wax-resist dyeing technique originating from Indonesia. The workshop begins with a brief history and overview of batik, highlighting its cultural significance and various techniques. Participants will then observe a demonstration of applying wax with tjanting tools and dyeing the fabric. Following the demonstration, each participant will design and create their own batik handkerchief, applying wax to create patterns and then dyeing their fabric. The workshop concludes with a group discussion, allowing participants to share their creations and reflect on their learning experience.
