Traditional Paper Cutting is one of China’s oldest traditional practice. Whenever Chinese New Year is approaching, every family would put up the brightly red and freshly cut paper cuttings as part of their house decorations. These paper cuttings also serve as a way of expressing a family’s spirit for the new year. 

Through our Traditional Paper Cutting workshop, students get a hand at learning this traditional art practice and can also exchange with their colleagues as a way of exchanging blessings for the new year.
