Acrylic Painting on Canvas Team Bonding Art Jamming Singapore Visual Arts Centre

A bold exploration of what lies hidden beneath – emotions, memories, and unspoken dialogues transformed into large-scale abstract canvases.
Toni., an abstract artist originally from Europe and now based in Singapore, creates works that are both monumental in scale and intimate in meaning. Her canvases, often reaching impressive
dimensions, invite viewers into a world where colour and form replace words. Standing before them is not a passive experience — it is an encounter with intensity, depth, and emotion.
Painting has been part of Toni.’s life since childhood, but over the past years it has become her essential language — a way of translating the unspoken and the unseen. Each painting embodies a fragment of inner dialogue, raw and vivid, uncompromising in its honesty.
Her art is not about decoration; it is about presence. The surface of the canvas becomes a battlefield of contrasts — stillness and movement, silence and resonance, fragility and strength. Through bold gestures and layers of texture, Toni. challenges the viewer to confront what lies beneath their own surface as well.
Living and working in Singapore, she draws from the energy of a multicultural city while remaining deeply rooted in her European sensibility. This duality — of origin and present, of memory and discovery — breathes through her paintings, making them universal yet unmistakably personal.
Every piece is an invitation. To pause. To feel. To reflect. And perhaps to find a moment of recognition — as if meeting the artist herself, briefly, on the same path.
