艺术疗愈如何让你心理更健康
艺术疗愈就是艺术和心理学完美的结合;它通过运用不同视觉艺术材料和媒介(绘画、手工、粘土、雕刻、拼图等)方式让我们在创作中通过作品和自己对话,进行自我创作和自我探索,有助于缓解内心冲突,行为管理,纾解压力,发泄情绪,提升自信心,在其过程中改善和提升人们的生理、心理及情绪健康。
为什么运用艺术形成来疗愈?
最早的人类是用图像语言的方式记录生活,后期才发展出了语言;那我们在叙述一件事的时候,脑中出现的是图案信息然后才到了言语的表达,当我们在切题别人说一件事的时候,也是我们的脑中先出现了图案再用言语回应了对方。
艺术创作的表达过程是从右脑到左脑的过程,是意识和潜意识的 “语言” 表达,可以把一些在这个过程中遗漏的潜意识信息全部浮现在艺术作品中,从而提高自我认知,解决内心矛盾等疗愈作用。
谁可加入艺术疗愈?
只要是不排斥用艺术的方式疗愈,并有一个开放的心态,都可以加入。

In the Batik Introduction Handkerchief Painting workshop, participants will learn the traditional art of batik, a wax-resist dyeing technique originating from Indonesia. The workshop begins with a brief history and overview of batik, highlighting its cultural significance and various techniques. Participants will then observe a demonstration of applying wax with tjanting tools and dyeing the fabric. Following the demonstration, each participant will design and create their own batik handkerchief, applying wax to create patterns and then dyeing their fabric. The workshop concludes with a group discussion, allowing participants to share their creations and reflect on their learning experience.
