We’ve found that there is a growing interest in exploring mindfulness and relaxation in our art learners through their personal journey in art. Art is a medium and avenue for focus and meditation and allows the individual practitioners to experience internal reflection and calmness through the practice of art.
In the midst of the constant hustle and bustle of work and life, many adults are struggling to reach a well-balanced and relaxed state. Having a relaxed mind, body, and soul are essential for our overall well-being, and helps us to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional resilience. Hence, this art and wellness retreat aims to relieve stress, recalibrate and balance the mind and body, and allow for a recharge and reset of our spirit, enabling our restoration and wellness. The combination of meditation, stretch and yoga, massage, and the therapeutic practise of art, with good nutrition works wonders in replenishing the individual’s energy.
“My Healing and Restoration Retreat” is a retreat designed to offer a complete reset for the individual, fostering an attitude of healthy living through daily practices like meditation and yoga stretches.
