新加坡文化通行证是由新加坡政府(MCCY)于 SG60 期间推出的新计划,目的是鼓励国人支持我国文化艺术活动与节目。在2025年18岁及以上的新加坡公民将于2025年9月1日获得$100的新加坡文化通行证款额,可用来向授权票务伙伴购买符合条件的本地文化艺术活动与节目门票,有效期至2028年12月31日。

    1. How do I claim and use my SG Culture Pass credits?
      SG Culture Pass Credits can be accessed and utilised from 1 September 2025.

      1. Visit the SG Culture Pass Website.
      2. Log in with your Singpass to verify your profile.
      3. Upon successful verification, you will be able to use the credits on eligible arts and heritage events. You can find the list of eligible events on the SG Culture Pass website.

 
    1. Can I ask a friend or family member to claim SG Culture Pass credits on my behalf?
      For security reasons, SG Culture Pass credits can only be claimed by an individual through their personal Singpass account.
 
    1. Can I use my SG Culture Pass credits to buy tickets for my friends and family?
      Yes, you can use your SG Culture pass credits to purchase tickets and share the purchased tickets with your friends and family.
 
  1. I do not have a mobile phone or digital device. What should I do?
    You may seek help from your family members for assistance to redeem your SG Culture Pass credits and/or to help you purchase tickets to eligible programmes using credits from 1 September 2025 onwards.
     

    If you are unable to seek help, you may approach the nearest ServiceSG Centre for assistance. Please bring along your Identification Card (IC) and ensure you have a valid Singpass account.

    1. What is the SG Culture Pass?
      Launched during SG60, the SG Culture Pass is an initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) to support Singapore’s arts and heritage scene. From 1 September 2025, Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above will receive $100 in credits to enjoy eligible events.
 
    1. Who is eligible for the SG Culture Pass?
      All Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above in 2025 are eligible. This is defined as Singaporeans who are:
      – Born on or before 31 December 2007; and
      – Singapore Citizens as of 31 December 2024
 
    1. When are the credits valid until?
      Credits are valid from 1 September 2025 and must be used for events taking place on or before 31 December 2028.
 
    1. How will I be notified of SG Culture Pass?
      Eligible Singapore Citizens will receive an SMS from a gov.sg SMS Sender ID in September 2025 with information about SG Culture Pass.
 
    1. Can I claim and utilise my SG Culture Pass without receiving the SMS notification?
      Yes, you can. Eligible Singapore Citizens can log in to the SG Culture Pass Website from 1 September 2025 to claim their credits without receiving an official SMS notification.
 
  1. What happens if I accidentally delete the SMS containing the login details?
    You do not need the SMS to access your SG Culture Pass credits. Starting 1 September 2025, eligible Singapore Citizens can log in directly to the official SG Culture Pass Website to claim their credits.
    1. What programmes and activities are eligible for SG Culture Pass credits?
      SG Culture Pass credits can be utilised to offset ticket purchases of eligible local arts and heritage activities or programmes, which will be listed on the SG Culture Pass Website from 1 September 2025.
 
    1. How do I use my SG Culture Pass credits to offset my ticket purchases?
      Once you have selected the programme you are interested in, proceed to purchase the ticket. You will be redirected to the Ticketing Partner’s website to select your ticket.<br
      Once you are ready to checkout, select SG Culture Pass credits from the list of payment methods.
      You will be redirected to log in using Singpass. Once successful, you will be brought back to the payment page to complete your payment.
      If you do not have sufficient credits to cover the full cost of the payment, you will be required to pay the balance using other payment methods.
      Once the payment is completed and successful, the credits will be deducted from your account. You may check your transaction history and balance on the SG Culture Pass Website.
 
    1. Can I combine SG Culture Pass credits with others to make a purchase?
      No, your SG Culture Pass credits cannot be pooled or combined with another individual’s credits for ticket purchases.
 
    1. Can I use my SG Culture Pass credits to purchase tickets for others?
      Yes, you can use your SG Culture Pass credits to purchase tickets for others, including friends and family, as long as the total cost remains within your available credit balance.
      If the amount exceeds your credits, you may top up the difference using other payment methods.
 
    1. I can no longer attend an event and wish to transfer my ticket purchased with SG Culture Pass credits to someone else. Am I allowed to do so?
      The transfer of tickets purchased with SG Culture Pass credits is subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the event organiser and ticketing partner, so please check their respective policies regarding ticket transfers. If in doubt, please check directly with the event organiser or ticketing partner.
 
    1. Would I receive a refund of my SG Culture Pass credits if an event is cancelled?
      Yes, if an event is cancelled by the event organiser, the SG Culture Pass credits used to purchase tickets will be refunded to your SG Culture Pass account. If you had made additional payments using other methods, they will be refunded to the original source of payment.
      For details on how refunds are processed, please contact the authorised ticketing partner handling the event.
 
    1. I purchased tickets to an event before it became an eligible event. Can I refund my ticket and repurchase it using the SG Culture Pass credits?
      No, you will not be able to retrospectively apply SG Culture Pass credits to offset any purchases made before the event became an eligible event.
      You are encouraged to use your SG Culture Pass credits to explore other eligible programmes and activities if you have pre-purchased tickets to programmes prior the launch of SG Culture Pass.
 
    1. How do I check my remaining credits?
      You will be able to check your credit balance when you access your SG Culture Pass account.
 
    1. Am I able to select the amount of credits to be used in each transaction?
      No, your SG Culture Pass credits will be applied in full to offset the cost of the tickets.
      If your ticket costs exceed your available SG Culture Pass balance, you will be guided to make payment for the remaining balance using credit card or PayNow.
 
    1. Can I sell my SG Culture Pass credits?
      No, you cannot sell the SG Culture Pass credits for cash. You are strongly encouraged to use the SG Culture Pass credits to discover, enjoy and engage in the diverse range of local arts and heritage events offered under the scheme, to enrich your experience.
 
    1. Why does the ticketing website need me to create a user account?
      Creating a user account allows the ticketing website to provide you with important updates, such as changes to event details (e.g., dates or timing) due to unforeseen circumstances. It also helps you manage your bookings and access your tickets conveniently.
 
    1. What if the price of an event is higher than the remaining SG Culture Pass credits that I have left in my account?
      If the event price exceeds your available SG Culture Pass credits, you can still proceed with the purchase by topping up the difference using other payment method.
 
    1. Can I choose how much SG Culture Pass credits to utilise for my purchase?
      If SG Culture Pass credits is selected as the payment method, the event price must be fully paid with SG Culture Pass credits in the first instance. Top ups using other methods are only available if the event price exceeds your available SG Culture Pass credits.
 
    1. Do credit card discounts apply if I purchase a ticket using SG Culture Pass credits, and top up the difference using a credit card that offers a discount on payments made with it?
      Credit card discounts are only applicable if the full payment is made with the credit card. Payments made with SG Culture Pass credits and topped up with a credit card would not be eligible for credit card discounts.
 
    1. Can I apply a promo code to purchases made using SG Culture Pass credits?
      Yes, promo codes can be used for purchases made using SG Culture Pass credits.
 
    1. What are the browsers supported by SG Culture Pass?
      For the best experience, please use Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
 
  1. When can we expect to be able to use SG Culture Pass credits to purchase local literary books?
    More details on the purchase of local literary books will be released at a later date.

Yes, advance registration is required as slots are limited. Please share your preferred date and class, and we’ll assist you.

The credits typically come with an expiry date. Please check your Culture Pass or contact us for guidance.

Registration/Booking

We recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp or our website to secure a slot and confirm credit redemption.
Once we receive confirmation from Culture Pass, we’ll send you a booking confirmation via WhatsApp.
The credits are non-transferable and must be used by the registered recipient only.
We’ll notify you once the redemption is approved and your class slot is confirmed.
Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Most workshops are 1.5 to 2.5 hours long, depending on the type of class. We’ll provide full details upon registration.

Yes of course! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and guided by professional instructors.
Yes, most are held at our main Dhoby Ghaut studio, located just next to MRT Exit B. Some may also be held at the Exhibition Gallery beside our studio.

Most workshops require 1 Culture Pass credit. We’ll confirm the number of credits needed during registration.
Hi there, unfortunately, we cannot check your credit balance. Please refer to your Culture Pass account or app.
Some top-up options may be available. Let us know the workshop you’re interested in, and we’ll advise you.
Yes! We offer children’s art classes that accept SG Culture Pass credits. Please ask for our current schedule.
SG Culture Pass credits can only be used for scheduled public workshops. Private sessions aren’t available, but we’ll do our best to place your group in the same class, subject to availability.
