This exhibition runs from 8 April – 22 April 2016, from 11am – 9pm daily, at Visual Arts Centre.

“Memoirs of City Port Scenes”, organised by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, aims to preserve today’s images of our ports before they eventually disappear from our city landscapes. The Maritime and Port Authority of  Singapore has collaborated with artists from the Singapore Watercolour Society, students from the Pathlight School as well as renowned artist Mr Ong Kim Seng on artworks which are showcased at the exhibition. Our shipyards and lighthouses are not forgotten as they too form an important component of Maritime Singapore. This exhibition features a total of 54 artworks by artists from Singapore Watercolour Society, students from the Pathlight School, and a special series of watercolour paintings by renowned local artist Ong Kim Seng.
